Account Management
IPTEL takes a proactive view to account management. Our account managers have detailed knowledge of the communications industry and are expected to develop long term relationships with our customers. You will be allocated an account manager who is your dedicated point of contact for all your communication requirements. Your account manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the below:
- To ensure every customer is given and receives outstanding customer service.
- Responsibility for service delivery, performance, customer satisfaction and billing.
- Regular contact with each customer on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
- Understand your long term communication strategy and identify future requirements.
- Act as a consultant regarding market changes and how that directly affects our customers.
- Pre-implementation planning.
